It’a all about what you do with your bruschetta’s
For the @Penn23 inaugural event, we made some bruschetta truffled tomato escargot and bruschetta cheesy mushroom trio. Fresh home made tomato sauce is the base ingredient for this bruschetta topping, garlic does the trick. For the non-escargot lovers, (YES… believe it or not…there are some who don’t love escargot) we prepared a mushroom trio in cheesy sauce, with the usual suspect: garlic …now paired with gorgonzola cheese and creamy non diary cooking milk.
Topped with fresh chives, you have a party favorite!
