Fruits, peppers, nuts, herbs…

It takes some pineapple, papaya (not too soft), tasty pine nuts, herbs (cilantro), a lot of garlic, peppers both fresh as dried…and some extra virgin olive oil to chop and you have a flavor booster side hot sauce. Some call it chutney, pika in Papiamentu, peper saus in Dutch or simply hot sauce…  Pair it with anything you like…some use it as a dip sauce for chips. This appeared to be a great crowd pleaser when it comes to daring to go for the heat on a plate. Local fruits and Suriname hot peppers are highly recommended.
