Sweet Bake -n- Stir: What a colorful week we had at Mojoi Holistic last Wednesday’s lunch. Mojoi’s Wednesday turned sweet and savory with the bake-n-stir-fry sweet potato pumpkin. It felt like a party with the sprinkled rosemary chicken confetti feast…..finishing touch: blanched broccoli with smoked sweet peas.
